Wine & Reverb

With Vocalist Susan Sandel

Susan Sandel is accompanied by guitarist/vocalist Kevin Karrick to form the core of Wine & Reverb. As a duo, they can be reminiscent of the classic duo recordings of Joe Pass and Ella Fitzgerald, and James Taylor with Carol King, yet preserving a twist of originality by arranging the music as if it were theirs. Susan has a wealth of experience in vocal music and acting for theater and film, and Kevin lends his experience as a band leader, vocalist, and guitarist to lead for a magical musical experience.

As an ensemble, they are joined with upright bass, and on occasion, a 4th guest member on violin or a woodwind instrument. Checkout out our quartet concert video!

The name of Wine & Reverb comes from a love of good wine, fine dining, and playing for the wineries of the Northwest, and just enough reverb because it sounds so cool.

“I am super excited about the chemistry that Susan and I share in music and on stage. It's such a thrill to work with a vocalist that understands performing arts and sings with such musical prowess.” - Kevin
